French-speaking users of YouTube have become famous for referring to themselves in French as they use their favourite French words.
The trend has spread to the UK, with users of the popular YouTube channel French 24 being recognised as the first English-speaking YouTube users to be recognised by the official YouTube account, French24 said.
The trend of the French-English dictionary has become popular amongst French-speakers, who often say they use the word ‘french’ when referring to the French language.
“French 24” refers to YouTube’s French-French dictionary, which is used by French-American users of their channel.
In French 24, users use words such as frit, fût, fîte, fait, and faut to refer to French.
French 24 has gained a lot of international recognition, and it’s been viewed by over 100 million people.
It has been recognised by YouTube as one of the first French-to-English dictionaries, and has received more than 10 million views.
According to the British-based English-language dictionary, the French dictionary has been used by more than 9 million English-to English users, while its French-German dictionary has more than 7 million views and has been voted one of Britain’s most influential dictionaries.
English-to German dictionary users have also become more common over the last few years.
On the other hand, users of French-Italian dictionary have been recognised as one the first users of a new language to be named the UK’s top dictionary.
YouTube users of “french 24” are recognised as being the first British users of Google’s online dictionary.
